I'm having a really hard time deciding on a motherboard. I'm going with an intel 9550 quad core processor and a single gtx 280 nvidia card. But I can't decide between the x48 or the 780i. I am leaning towards the 780i because it supports sli which i might go to in the near future, but I've read that a lot of people are getting bad boards and that many are unstable, while the x48's are more stable and better performers. Any experience with these two board types? Any advice? Thanks in advance.
PS - I'm not looking to overclock, I just want to fire up the board with stock settings and not have any problems.
