how big of a harddrive can you install on a motherboard?
the motherboard i have is msi K7N2 Delta-ILSR
    The new harddrive----Maxtor diamondmax 10 6B250RO 250 MB
When i installed the new harddrive it only shows it being a 127mb. where is the rest of the harddrive? i have a wd 60mb harddrive as my slave and that doesnt even show up. when i go to the bio mode it shows both and the mb are right. i was told my harddrive cant handle such a large drive. is that true?
    help or links please

What OS are you running? if you are running XP you need SP2 installed. also check to make sure your running the latest available bios for your board.

Definitely go to msi web site and get the newest bios... if that doesnt work then you need to use the "maxblast" software that came with the drive to help over come your computer's limitation.
