Mouse and keyboard doesn't work when installing windows 10

Hello
Mouse and Keyboard Works in the BIOS, but when installing Windows on the first page we have to select the language, neither the mouse nor the keyboard works

Since you are showing the BIOS screens I would guess that you feel the answer may lie in the BIOS settings. Perhaps you could load the default settings to see if that makes any difference. An- extra mouse and keyboard are another way to check. I always try to use the slowest black USB ports on any initial build since faster blue/red/yellow/orange ports may require a driver to function in Windows.
 
Also, what copy of Windows 10 are you trying to install (for example, did you use an ISO from Microsoft and create an installation copy using that), and through what medium (optical disc, USB drive, or network)?
 
In the BIOS settings, look for an option called "Legacy USB support" or something similar. Make sure it is enabled, as this allows USB devices to function during the Windows installation.
