Hi all,
im building/rebuilding my umpteenth machine this weekend and find myself in a new post windows verification/validation situation....(sorry about that)
. I have always done a fresh install/upgrade when doing a rebuild ,or had the OS install disc. however this time im using parts including the HDD with my OS in the rebuild and want to use my XP until 7 comes out. obviously the windows genuine advantage validation is not going to like the major hardware change. could one of you tech;s help me out with the challanges im going to have arise in doing this?...and yes it is a legally purchased os that came with a 'best buy' machine.
