MP3 player problems

    I have a 4gb Sylvania mp3 player, touch screen, I erased all the music files to download the same music in a different order and my windows player or mp3 keeps telling me that the songs have already been dowloaded, I searched my files and can't find anything

    Try doing a "restore" function to the MP3 player. iPods have this type of thing to return the player to its default state... Ready to install music for the first time
