Mrmonitor.exe error message in Word 2007

Hi.

There is an error message that pops up frequently on a Windows XP SP3 box when Word 2007 is used. The error message says "mrmonitor.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." There are 3 buttons available - Debug, Send Error Report, & Don't Send.

I have tried deleting the file, but after rebooting & restarting Word, it gets recreated & still causes the error, I was trying to avoid reinstalling Word, as the computer is at a remote site & I don't have admin access to it. Checked for malware/viruses, but nothing was found. Can't get rid of this thing...has anyone else experienced this?

that process is at
\Program Files\MegaRAID Storage Manager\MegaMonitor\mrmonitor.exe
which apparently is a DELL product.

Go to the Dell site and get a fresh copy
