Hello
I'm using ms office xp 2000 my ouotlook was working fine until I switch ip carriers I went from comcast to Verizon everytime I try to send an email I get error code 0x800CCC78 I had verizion check my email account and everything looks good. verizon stated that I should call microsoft Right now I'm using outlook express . I also tried removing office and reinstall it and same error occurs any suggestions?
