ms_services.exe issues (or) buffer over run

This appears to be a third party file associated with "MS_Updates.exe". It opens with IE and eats CPU time. I did a Windows Explorer search for it and renamed it so it wouldn't run anymore. Everything is back to normal.

Sounds like malware to me. Have you got an anti-virus? Also make sure you have some anti-spyware installed.
