MSN Virus

So I got some weird virus on this PC (Don't know how). It's some sort of msn virus which is spamming my contacts, whether I'm online or not.
I've un-installed msn, re-installed it. Switched password, made a new account. No use.
Then I've run 2 virus scans using Avira, it didn't detect anything, then I un-installed Avira and used AVG 8.5 Free, it detected 2 viruses and deleted them, but that little sucker (The virus) is still spamming my buddies over msn. I used Malwarebytes' and scanned twice, it found 4 things and deleted them, still no use.
I've used 2 different MSN Virus Removal things, no use.
So I'm asking you guys, what the hell am I supposed to do now?
Just format the computer?

Attach all three logs when finished. Okay to include an antivirus scan log.

Best you not go around looking for programs to run without guidance. We've had several in the last 2 days that did and made a problem that probably could have been handled at the beginning, but was made worse by running inappropriate programs,
