Mssrv32.exe Virus please help

Hi,

Today I got mssrv32.exe virus on my laptop I'm running on Windows XP(Home).....my IE does not work either but Firefox works fine and when my Norton deleted the virus it reappears when again started the machine.

I don't know what to do please help me remove it .

Mssrv32.exe is Trojan/Backdoor. Kill the process mssrv32.exe and remove mssrv32.exe from Windows startup. Do the following to disable the service:

Start> Run> services.msc> right click on the Service> Properties> change the Startup type to Disabled> Stop the Service.

Attach the three logs when through.

NOTE: killing the process and disabling the Service is NOT going to remove it from the system! Please follow through with the steps.
