Delete ALL cookies in your browser and quit.

relaunch the browser and login to the Google service you need EXCEPT do not ever say REMEMBER ME or STAY LOGGED IN

It won't let me get to my email UNLESS " Your browser's cookie functionality is turned off. Please turn it on. [?]"
I can't get into either of my gmail accounts via SeaMonkey now, but I can with Firefox. SeaMonkey is my default browser. Did I delete the wrong cookies?

Ok, I had to Click on Tools>Cookie manager & allow them to get back into my gmail. For clarification purposes, I only have two gmail accounts. I don't use any other google login(s).

That's a complaint about THIRD PARTY cookies being required.

    a} turn them on
    b} login
c} delete all cookies to force the browser to forget REMEMBER ME
    d} quit and relanuch
