My audio isnt working

hello everyone!!!!!
i have a dell computer with built in internal speakers. well all of a sudden they dont work. my son put it on mute and now i cant get it off of it. i tried to plug in speakers and they dont work either. Please Help!!!!

You obviously took it off mute right

if not go to control panel and look for sound speeach and audio and un mute it

or if you have a speaker in the bottom right of your screen right click it open volume controlls and un mute it in thier
