The video card takes 550 watts and the power supply is 600 watts, so I want to make sure that 50 watts will be ok to run the rest of my computer. On tiger direct they say the requirements for this card is based off a computer running a i7 cpu. The beast should arrive today! Im pretty excited and I am guessing it will run with this psu, should I think about upgrading my psu? I have 2 psu's maybe I can get away with hot wiring the fans or something to a 2nd psu.

You should be just fine mate. 48A on the +12V rail is more than enough for that configuration. (580W total on the +12V rails combined; divide by 12 to get the 48A current rating)
