  1. Since installing my 2 drives in my new system , i have a problem.....

when i install a game , i put the disk in but nothing hapens and i have to explore the drive and run autosetup from there

Also in windows if i try to copy files to a cd , i get told that there is no disk in the drive , Yet with alcohol120% it recognozes a disk no problem

(its probably something simple that i missed - bit new to this computer lark)

    any help appreciated

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
    SYSTEM
    CurrentControlSet
    Control
    Class
    {4D36E965-E325 -11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
    4. After clicking on {4D36E965-E325 -11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} you should see two settings on the right-hand side:
    "Upperfilters"
    "Lowerfilters"
Click on each of them, press DELETE and click YES.

there isnt any "upper filters or "lower filters"

    the list is.........(default)
    class
    enumproppages32
    icon
    installer32
    noinstallclass
    silentinstall
    troubleshooter-0

both the drives show up in "my computer" and are working
just windows wont recognize when i have disks in  , yet alcohol does
and like i said in my previous post , they wont auto detect my games or other software and bring up the installer

Also in "my computer" when i manually start an installer from a disk , the drive shows that disk as being in the drive even after i manually install other disks

    driving me nuts

Go to the control panel and see if there is an option for autoplay in the device manager for the CD/DVD....

Deathrattle, Can you tell me exactly what you had to do to fix your problem? I'm having the exact same problem. Thanks.
