My computer hangs up when im playing online and offline games

i can play games like 20 mins. 30 mins. 1 hour. . . but after that it hangs up the only way to turn off my computer is to manually restart it.. maybe its because of my power supply because my power supply is only 300w.. or the problem is in my video card because i recently bought my video card 3 weeks ago since then i bought that video card,, i got that problem.. pls help.. tnx..

Windows 7 Ultimate
Intel Core 2 Duo 6400 @ 2.13Ghz
2GB Ram
Nvidia 8400GS

You're right!
300 watt PSU is not enough!
Don't know what HDD , DVD USB is connected, but I recommend at least 450 (higher is better)

Maybe this can help to find out how many watts you need at least
