My computer keeps crashing

Hello,
My computer crashes and there doesn't seem to be any relevence to what I'm doing. Sometimes when I'm surfing online, other times when I'm playing games, sometimes when I'm not doing anything. After it crashes it can't be turned back on until all the power has been drained from the PSU by turning it off at the back and leaving it for several seconds. I recently upgraded most of the components and wiped it and am really confused as to what I can do next. I'm not getting any error messages, it just shuts down. I also believe that my drivers are all up to date and it's definitely not overheating.

My specs are:
