My computer performance has decreased

I was going to add some extra RAM to my PC when all the sudden it crashed. So I let the professionals do the work, adding RAM and replacing my motherboard, but once I got the computer back it was slower than before... I can't play any PC games (Not even games from the 90's) And I can't play/watch flash animations/games or watch videos on YouTube without it lagging.
Do you guys possibly know what the problem is?
My new motherboard is an ASRock P4i65G - 2,66 GHz and I now have 2048 MB RAM

Do a "System Scan and save a log file"
Save the log file to your Desktop, for easy access

Then create a New Reply to this thread, and using this button =>

on the Reply toolbar, upload and attach the scan log to a new reply
