when i turn off me computer it give me a message mstask32.exe cannot initialize because the system is shutting down
my computer is very slow n i keep having pop up even if i dont open internet explorer
n its very slow

You most likely have a trojan infestation, and associated problems. What antivirus, antispyware, and firewalls do you use.
