  1. Here are the 2 laptop logs

Laptop 1: Recently re-booted due to various viruses that crashes the computer.

Laptop 2: Concerned about having a keylogger, due to having 2 explorer.exe in the processes. BUT they are in C:/Windows not System32. one of my explorer.exe runs at 60k and the other one at 20k

Welcome to TechSpot! Here are some things you need to know:

    1. We don't 'screen' for malware with HijackThis.
    2. All logs must be pasted into the replies. We will not review attached logs.
    3. We ask that only one system be handled on a thread. IF you have a second system with a problem, please start a separate thread- note that it is for a different system.
    4. If you would like us to check the system for malware, please follow the steps in the Preliminary Virus and Malware Removal thread HERE.

When you have finished, leave the logs for review in your next reply .
NOTE: Logs must be pasted in the replies. Attached logs will not be reviewed.

Please do not use any other cleaning programs or scans while I'm helping you, unless I direct you to. Do not use a Registry cleaner or make any changes in the Registry.
