My computer's two mini dumps

  1. Random Shut Downs (2 in one night)

    My XP setup has crashed (restart) a couple of times in the last night. Can someone have a look and see if it is the same drivers causing the crash for me?

    Thank you very much in advance!

    Both times I was playing games so I am gussing it will be Nvidia...:(

    Please update your Video drivers (un-installing the presently installed drivers first)

    Thanks for that...memory corruption? I'll dust off memtest :(

    THe Nvidia drivers I have installed are 169.21 (the drivers automatically selected by Nvidia for my XP, Geforce 6600 card) so I can't update them. I'll try just reinstalling them...

    Yes, that'll be OK
    Just go to nVidia and get the latest (I haven't checked)

    Un-Install; Restart; Re-Install
