My drive is gone suddenly

I just used my computer the last night, and on the morning when I turn it on, my partition drive is gone.

First it was like:

Drive C (Master) 90GB
Drive D (Master Partition) 100GB
Drive E (Slave) 300GB
Drive F (Slave Partition) 190GB

then on the morning it was like:

Drive C (Master) 90GB
Drive E (Slave) 300GB

When I checked the BIOS, it didn't detect my SLAVE Drive, but the E Drive was there!... after using any methods I know (btw, I'm really a newbie to hardware stuffs) like re-plug all the cables, cleaning the dusts (It worked before), check disk, and any standard procedures. But nothing comes out this time.

I was reading other posts and trying to use the ZAR but my AVG detected it as Virus so I don't dare to use it yet at least until my brother whose a pro at this comes home next month... I'm open to any suggestion from everyone, so thanks in advance... -_-v

Well ZAR is not a Virus, so AVG must be falsely reporting it as so.

But I feel the drive not detected is a hardware issue
Although it could even be turned off in Bios (CMOS) settings

Start with reset Bios to defaults (usually get to Bios setup, by pressing DEL or F2 or some other key at your computer power up)

Re-check the data and power cables on your secondary Master drive
