My emachine won't come on

Help, wen i plug in my emachine,without pushing the power on button it powers up automatically, the light on the power button flashes very fast, the lights on my keyboard flash on/off screen stays blank the cd rom drive and re writer won't eject, have replaced the psu still no joy please help
