My Game engines keep crashing

    Everytime I load certain games the game engines keep crashing even if I troubleshoot the compatibility

    pc specs

    500watt psu
    amd sempron 3400+ 2.01ghz
    2gb ram
    2x 120gb Hard Drive
    nividia 8600gts
    asus m/b

    if you wanna know anymore just ask

    Im on windows 7 ultimate

    I am guessing those games were downloaded.They crash because first they are intalled in a particular OS and them compressed.
    Or they are Ripped...just the same.You are trobleshooting compatibility, well its useless cause windows will just apply XP(SP3).Instead right click select properties>compatibility>run in compatibility mode for XP(SP2).
    Hope it helps because the preference of most modders is XP(SP2).Still the game might crash but less often.
