My gear head optical mouse won't work

    Hello! Anyone can help me about this? I am using VAIO Laptop notebook . My optical mouse is usb port and i hook it up to my usb port but still it won't works. How come? Anyone knows how to troubleshoot this stuff?
    thanks and i would appreciate it...by the way, im using gear head optical mouse and i bought this from micro center..
