K, believe it or not it is basically clean, all of those infections are either 1) False positive 2) in quarantine or 3) in your old restore points
Step 1
Update your Java Runtime Environment
- Click the following link
Java Runtime Environment 6 Update 6
- The 5th option down is the one you want (click Download)
- Check the box to agree to terms of service
- Check the box for your operating system and click 'Download selected'at the bottom
- After the install Go to Start-> Control Panel-> add/remove programs (Programs and features), and uninstall any old versions
- Navigate to C:\programfiles\Java -> delete any subfolders except the jre1.6.0_06 folder

Step 2
Remove bad HijackThis entries
- Run HijackThis
- Click on the System Scan Only button
- Put a check beside all of the items listed below (if present):
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {1e6484cb-2d35-4e00-b556-ce18e7ffdd77} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\rldccqay.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {3CA2F312-6F6E-4B53-A66E-4E65E497C8C0} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {404a3ad2-f30e-494d-bdb3-c4693d92d094} - (no file)
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {2318C2B1-4965-11d4-9B18-009027A5CD4F} - (no file)
- Close all open windows and browsers/email, etc...
- Click on the "Fix Checked" button
- When completed, close the application.

Step 3
*Navigate to:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.HOME\.housecall6.6\Quarantine
Delete the contents but not the folder itself

Step 4
Uninstall Combofix
* Click
START then
RUN
* Now type
Combofix /u in the runbox
* Make sure there's a space between Combofix and /u
* Then hit
Enter.
* The above procedure will:
* Delete the following:
* ComboFix and its associated files and folders.
* Reset the clock settings.
* Hide file extensions, if required.
* Hide System/Hidden files, if required.
* Set a new, clean Restore Point.

OTCleanit! by Oldtimer
- Download OTCleanIt
- Click the CleanUp! button.
- It will go thorugh the list and remove all of the tools it finds and then delete itself (requiring a reboot).
