My laptop cursor doesn't stop moving (circular)

hi guys,

i just need help for the cursor of my laptop...when i opened my laptop, windows already opened (windows 7 ultimate), then the cursor(mouse) doesn't stop moving (circular), in this case i cant open any files from my laptop, even firefox since the cursor continuously moving,...hope you could help me on what to do to stop moving the cursor.....thanks a lot

Try booting into safe mode. Start tapping the F8 key from the moment you switch on, when the menu appears use the arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode and hit the Enter key.

Let me know if the problem still exists in Safe mode.

@Mark56....i had tried rebooting into Safe Mode...then after i just restarted my laptop and it works!!! thanks a lot Mark..

That is a surprise, booting into safe mode was just to see if the same problem occured I never expected it to fix the problem.

See how it goes for a while and if the problem returns then post back.
