My laptop just shuts down before desktop

so i have a hb pavilion tx 2000 tablet 4 gigs ram 250 gig hard drive 1.9 ghz dual core procesore.
I start my comp and it gets to the windows is starting screen then before it hits the desktop just shuts down or some times just a blank light blue screen not like the screen of death its difrent.
Now i reformated the computer with a disk that has worked before and everything was fine it installed and i used the comp for the night woke up this morning same thing. Please help

Its not over heating either i striped the computer cleaned out everything and put new thermal gell on the processore, Fan works everything is good thier

I have now just tested the ram and that is not the problem either

I have found out out that it works in safe mode as wel

Thanks to all who replied but i have found the issue.
It must have been a driver compatibility issue when windows updates installed all the drivers they must have messed up the video drive as i went into safe mode device manager and disabled the display adapter and bing bango everything works great boom.
