When I try to turn it on it freezes up and want do anything. And then when I try to erase all the songs on my mp3 player my computer keeps saying not accesible or something like that. Is there another way to reboot my mp3 player so it can work right. Is there a way I can start from the beginning and erase all the songs off my mp3 player from my computer. If there is more than one way to reboot a mp3 player please let me know.
