Well, your PC isnt using all of your RAM. You have a 32bit version of Windows which only allows the use of 3.5GB at most. You need to install a 64bit so that it will use all 4GB of your RAM. You can install this driver if you do not want to install the 64bit version of Windows: http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/59640
This is the nVidia driver for a 64bit OS if you want to upgrade: http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/59641

I recommend you install a 64bit OS since games take up a lot of RAM and yo uneed as much as possible. A newer game like PES 2013 isnt that demanding but will need 4GB of RAM since you are running Win7.

Oh gawd, dat post layout. D:

    1. Open up task manager when you're experiencing the lag. Take a screenshot and post the following: performance tab, processes tab, and the HDD activity on Recource Monitor.

    2. Download Speedfan, Realtemp, etc, give us temperature readings.

    3. Download the latest NVIDIA drivers for your card.

By the way, that card won't hold up very well at all at 1920x1080 even on League of Legends, if you're playing on medium/high.

If you don't have valuable information just format the disks and set up window 7 again with 64 bit choice, If you can't use control panel to clean up unnecessary setups and be sure use latest virus guards. Hope your PC will run as new one.
