    Hello Everyone,
I´ve had a Toshiba Satellite L300D since March this year. The battery is not charging since yesterday, I never had any problems so far. Suddenly it got stuck in 31% and I decided to discharge it fully to let the laptop switch itself off and then fully charge it again but it didn´t work. I´ve been trying to charge it since yesterday afternoon but nothing happens. When I plug the AC with the battery in, the light on the computer is on and orange (charging) and it remains orange, and the computer says it´s charging on the task bar battery icon. Now it is in 0% and not charging at all.
Does anyone know what the problem might be? Can it be something I did wrong?
    Thanks a lot in advance!

Laptop batteries are consumables. This means that they do go bad, some faster than others. Since they are rather expensive, take it to a repair shop (or Best Buy) and make sure it is the battery and not a motherboard problem
