My Sims 2 Double Deluxe won't install on my brand new computer?

    Hi, I got a new laptop yesterday of the Acer brand. My laptop was the same brand and same 'Aspire' series. My Sims code thing comes up and i enter my code and it goes to to installation bar, and it only gets to 3% and then it says 'A problem occurred when trying to transfer the file 'D:\Base\TSData\Res\Locale\Brazilian Portuguese\Movies\ealogo_audio.movie' from the media.' I really enjoy playing my sims games and would hate if i couldn't play it, please help me!

    Try cleaning the installation disk.
