  1. so i was adding/removing applications on my laptop for space. and after i relezed my sound wasnt working. so i clicked to turn the sound up and a message boxed said:

"there are no active mixer devices available. to install mixer devices, go to Control Panel, click Printers and Other Hardware, and then click Add Hardware.
    This program will now close."

i went to add new hardware and i do not know what to click. i did not see mixer devices that i can recall.

Extract the contents to your Desktop, open the folder it extracts, and double click on Setup.
