I am transferring files, settings, etc. from my boss's Vista laptop to a new Windows 7 laptop, both Lenovo, both Professional 32-bit software versions of the OS. I'm using a Belkin Easy Transfer cable and the Windows Easy Transfer program. I have the option of not transferring the Administrator account and only leaving "Patrick" and "Shared Items" accounts selected. Patrick tells me he has never used the Admin. account but I see there is 25+MB of stuff in there. Is leaving this account off the transfer list going to hamper the computer's performance, i.e. are there items in there that the system needs to run? Many thanks.
