Need a graphics card suggestion!

    Hey just wanted a heads up on a new card, fairly cheep, just sommit to run Half Life 2 and maybe some games in the future;

    was thinking something like PNY Verto Geforce FX5700LE 8xAGP 128MB

    What does anyone else think? You can pick this up for about £50 and ive heard it runs HL2 pretty well, thats all i was looking to spend really!!

    Oh and the card specs say you need an AGP 2.0 slot, will it run in an AGP 3.0 slot?

    A better choice would be a Radeon 9600XT or Radeon 9800. Should be about the same price as 5700LE and will work in 3.0 slot.
