What the best graphics card my system can handle

  1. I recently purchased a computer at a Black Friday sale for my little brother.

    He wants to be able to play the newest games and I was wondering what the best graphics card I can put in this computer. I am willing to spend up to 200 dollars or maybe a little more. Also I wouldn't mind swapping out the Power or making new ports.
