I have a really good idea, for a online multi-player, card game, that currently doesnt exist at the moment.

The Advice Im seeking is, since I no nothing about software programming, is there a safe way to submit my idea to someone or a company?.

    OR

Where would be a good place to start, with basic programming. Or how much would someone charge me, to design this relatively simple layout for me?

I appreciate any advice you can give me.

I would take a class and learn how to do it myself and down the road you will have potential of making some serious bucks....

It'd be better in the longrun to try to code it for yourself and share it with others for free or a fee. Unless you want to pitch your idea to Wizards of the Coast. I think they run a version of Magic the Gathering online, so what you're suggesting might not be so foreign to them.
