Need fix for loud ATI graphics card fan

I'm running this card in my custom box: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814241043

The fan on it is stupid loud...easily as loud or louder than all my other fans in the box (there are 4 other fans, 3 case and 1 cpu).

I'm looking for alternative suggestions for cooling this card, whether it be a quieter fan/heatsink, passive, etc.

I know, I've surfed through every page both at NewEgg and FrozenCPU, but I could pick 10 things out of that at random and strike out ten times.

The point of my post was to see if anybody had any particular experience and/or could recommend a specific product they had success with themselves.
