hi. problem with audio. it doesn't work. i scanned my notebook w/ everest and audio came up as the following:

    Device Description Type
    Intel 82801BA(M) ICH2 - AC'97 Audio Controller [B-2] PCI

i've loaded several drivers for this card from realtek and non seem to work completely. i've tried:

-wdm345 this is the only one where i can playback audio cd's through windows 98 default cd player. windows media player doesn't recognized, nor does any other software.
    -wdm354a
-wdm365 or 364 whichever. this is supposed to be good for most all os's. and is the only one to make my pc crash
    -apa345

so of course im running win 98. this notebook used to have w2k but that pooped on me. all i had was 98. so anyone have any ideas?
    thanks
