Need help formatting USB Flash Drive

I just bought this USB Flash Drive (PNY Atteche 128mb)
when i plugged in into the USB windos found it and installed the drivers when i go to put stuff on it i get the error format drive i clicked yes then it says unable to complete format. WHat should i do i need this drive for school? :knock: :knock: :hotbounce :hotbounce :hotbounce

you should have got some software with it, or at least all the discs i have bought have come with their own drivers. try installing those and see if you can format then..

it dint come with a cd Xp installs the drivers itself

Does the flash drive show up in My computer? If that drive shows up in My Computer, then R-click the drive and select format from the menu. Select FAT32 as the file system, hopefully this will help.
