Need help getting Compaq to get wireless connection

    My sister has a Compaq persario C300. I have a wireless setup in the house for a total of four computers. Every computer can gain access except hers, she can only get access to one of my neighbors weak signal. She can see my signal as excellent and still no connection. I've even tried making the network open were there's no restrictions at all, and still no luck.

    using the cards own software.
