Need help here if you can

My mouse isn't woking if i want to play all GTA games. Any other games are ok.except GTA. I updated every driver and i even changed the mouse and did not help at all. Any body knows what is going on?

are you running vista? mine does this on GTA:SA and to fix it i go into options>controls> then change from "mouse and keyboard" to "joypad" then back to "mouse and keyboard" again. It seems to kind of reset it so it recognises the input devices. then go back to game and the mouse should work. (you will need to use the return butten and arrows to naviagte menus until you get the mouse working)

If that doesn't work, I know that one GTA game has a setting to use the mouse instead of keyboard for aiming. I believe it is autoaim.
