Need help on a build

I am sure everything is compatible but Not 100% sure of the video card (EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti 2048 MB GDDR5 PCI).

Switch from the i3 2120 to the i3 3220
it's a newer architecture, same price, and slightly more powerful.
If you don't plan on overclocking, go with a H77 MATX board instead.
like this one.
Also, that GPU isn't really justifiable at that price point.
This GTX 650 would be a much better contender, for ~ $30 cheaper.

Apart from that it looks good. What are you planning on using the computer for?

I agree with xcylent's suggestions, other than that they're a good choice of components.

I plan on using it for occasional gaming (League or legends and Diablo 3) but I do intend to try more games with it. I mostly use it for FL Studio, watching movies, and playing poker. (Everyday use)
