Need help with home network

Hi, I need help setting up a home network.

I have a PC running Windows 7 and an Xbox360 both of which are connected to a router and a dsl connection.

I recently got a second internet connection installed downstairs in the house, I want to use this second connection to be able to share my media(which is stored on my PC) across the whole house(I also want my PC on this network), which are 3 rooms, two with TV's (living room, lounge) and 1 with a laptop(bedroom).

What equipment do I need and how would i go about this efficiently? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

as well as the typical WiFi router, you can also extent the net using
this option:

Would I be able to include my own PC in this network? Is it possible for me to use both internet connections on my PC at the same time? (one connected to router, one wireless)
