I just got a Powercolor HD6790. I wanted to try overclocking it but with most programs I use, all the device property fields are empty or missing and they only identify it as a Radeon 6700. I've tried the latest versions of Overdrive, CPUZ and Rivatuner and there are no settings for clock speeds or temp. GPUZ does work though. The only cards I've ever seen behave like this are OEM Dell cards.

I would do a clean install of the drivers, using driver sweeper to remove all the old ones. After reinstalling and restarting the computer, download msi after burner, thats the easiest overclocking tool I've used and it works for all graphics cards. In GPUZ can you see all stats? coreclock? temps?
