Need help with RAM

  1. TehJustin Newcomer, in training

    I bought 2gb RAM but it doesn't work on my computer. Software like CPU-Z and PC Wizard picks it up but it doesn't register with Vista. After running PC wizard I found out that the RAM i bought is single rank while the RAM originally in my PC is double rank. I have an asus berkeley motherboard.
    If more information is required just let me know.

    Help would be greatly appreciated.
