Need help with server problem in raven shield

if any 1 could help i be very grateful when i click on friends link or server or most other 1s on raven shield it says server did not respond pls could any 1 help me pls as ive tryed things but nothing works

ive got windows vista. cable to router. im with talktalk. processor 1.79 ghz mem 1.00gb system type 32-bit hope this helps thanx for getting back to me
