Need log help please

I have just installed a new dual core motherboard processor and ram with two of my old 80GB sata HDD. Both the hard drives were formatted recently when i installed the new components. I now keep getting explorer pop ups with various adverts always starting with CiD. I used AVG and MBAM and neither found anything so i found HijackThis. Would anyone with experience be able to look through the log and explain where my problem lies. Thanks.

Also any idea how to stop this coming back once its gone.

Skip no steps (do not install another virus scanner if you already have one, ask me before installing a Firewall).

Most importantly update MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware!
