Need mobo driver for Soltek SL-865-GR

Hi guys,

I'm kinda newbie with this stuff.

My computer was reformat by a friend of mine, but then I lost my CD for my mobo. I checked the internet but then it was very hard to find a driver for my mobo.

At first there was no sound, but then I was able to find a driver for it, t'was easy because it was on-board.
My friend told me to look for the driver for the chipsets and mobo, then i checked and found out that the SL-865-GR uses Intel 865PE, so, i download it and install it. But then theres no changes.

Actually, my main problem is my internet connection. I just want to get that computer connected to the net. I checked the device manager but then, there's no Network Adapters found. (the Network Adapter is also On-board)
I tried putting a Wireless Card on the PCI slot but then it wasn't detected
Also, my creative sound card was not detected.

I really need help, with this.

Ay't I already download the INF file. But still, my computer won't detect my Ethernet Lan or my Sound Card. How bout' upgrading my BIOS? will that help? i'm not really good with this stuff. Please help.
