Need more hard drive space for Windows XP on dual boot setup

My experiment with a dual booting system --- Windows XP with Linux --- has failed. Linux (Ubuntu) has crashed several times and I am sick of it. Here is my problem: When I partitioned the hard drive (550 gig), I gave Windows about 80 and the rest to Linux, and now I am out of space for Windows. Is there a way to repartition and grab more space for Windows without having to reinstall XP, as I had real difficulties in getting it to work right? It has been quite stable and I hate to mess with it.

I've used Gparted in the past for resizing partition. Boot the computer w/ it and make your changes. Best to backup important files before resizing, just in case.
