Need new motherboard, what's compatable?

I have an Asus Bonicia motherboard IPIBL-LB. It came in a HP Pavilion a6412p PC which has a midsize ATX computer case. motherboard size is 9.6 x 9.6 inches (24.4 x 24.4cm). Lightning ran the phone line, it is shot. I first thought power supply even though it was on a good surge protector, but I changed it anyway. Still nothing. Any help with compatability is appreciated.
